About Eman Rimawi Eman Rimawi is a Black, Native American and Palestinian Queer woman of color from NYC. She is a writer, performance artist, singer, teacher, student, community organizer and freethinker. She has been and continues to organize with organizations like Youth Venture, Casa Atabex Ache, Red Hook Initiative, New York Radical Teachers, as well as many others. And she continues to use her writing, performing and photography to send a message of revolution, equality and freedom of expression. She is currently re-launching her website (www.emanrimawi.com) and is living as a freelance writer, photographer and political educator. She is devoted to organizing and empowering young people in NYC to strive to be their best. After all, success is the best revenge.
